BOOK A TATTOO WITH ME

There are two ways to book with me, in person and online.

To book with me online, fill out my booking form in its entirety.

​Once you submit the form, please allow about a week for a response from me. If it has been longer than a week and you have not received a response from me, please check your spam folder. If you still do not have a response from me, feel free to email me directly with any questions or concerns. If your submission is accepted, we will then schedule your tattoo and there will be a $50-100 deposit needed to lock it in my books. The deposit will be taken off of the total tattoo price and is not refundable. I will communicate with you if I feel we need to do an in-person consultation before the day of your appointment. If you have any questions about a tattoo design, my form, or anything else, please don’t hesitate to send me an email before submitting a booking form.

To book with me in person, please stop by the shop at any point during our open hours, Tues-Sat 11a-7pm. You can call the shop ahead of time to make sure I am there.​
