BOOK A TATTOO WITH ME

- To book with me, fill out my booking form in its entirety.

- Once you submit the form, please allow about a week for a response from me. While I will try my best to respond to everyone who has filled out a form, regardless of acceptance or denial, if you do not hear from me after two weeks, it is most likely that your request has been denied. Please check your spam folder when waiting for a response from me as well. Feel free to submit your request again at any time if it is denied. If your submission is accepted, we will then schedule your tattoo and there will be a $50-100 deposit needed to lock it in my books. The deposit will be taken off of the total tattoo price and is not refundable.

- There is a $100 shop minimum, regardless of size of tattoo.
